We specialize in personal planning and its interrelationship with a client's business interests, family dynamics and charitable gifting encompassing estate, tax planning and Elder Law; drafting of wills and trust agreements, as well as inter-vivos (living) revocable and irrevocable trusts. A discussion concerning powers of attorney, health care proxies & Living wills is standard in our initial client consultation.
